Actor Ranveer Singh recently shared an amusing incident where Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan had an unexpected reaction to one of his outfits at a public event.

Known for his bold and experimental fashion choices, Ranveer revealed how his expensive suit failed to impress the senior actor, who compared him to a "plant."

Ranveer Singh, a prominent figure in the film industry, is renowned for his quirky and unique sartorial picks, often making headlines with his distinct style. During a recent appearance at an IIMUN event, he was asked if he ever regretted any of his outfits worn in public.

Recalling the incident, Ranveer shared, "I have. There was one suit that was pretty costly, and we were at a discussion where Amitabh Bachchan was present too. I thought I was wearing the best suit in the world, and when I asked Big B, 'Sir, how do I look?' He said, 'Son, you are looking like a plant.'"

The 36-year-old actor has never shied away from embracing his maximalist style and has often faced judgment for his fashion choices. However, Ranveer remains unapologetic about his love for wearing unique and fashionable clothes, proudly stating that he works hard and has the right to dress as he pleases.

"I work hard... I work 20-hour days. I'm not complaining — I'm only too happy and too grateful —  I will  buy Gucci, I will wear it from head to toe. Anybody who judges me can eat my .." Ranveer candidly expressed in an interview with Paper Magazine last year.

Amidst his busy schedule promoting his upcoming film "Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani," directed by Karan Johar and co-starring Alia Bhatt, Ranveer remains unfazed by box office outcomes. His last film, Rohit Shetty's "Cirkus," marked his third consecutive movie that did not perform well commercially.
